1. Controller

2. Hosting and server log files

This website runs on its own web server (TODO: provider/data centre and location; for a rented server: data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR). For every page request the server stores technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, requested address, status code, amount of data, referring page (Referer), browser identifier). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). Log files are deleted after TODO days.

3. No cookies, no tracking, no third parties

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts, images, videos and audio recordings are served exclusively from this server; visiting the site transfers no data to third parties (such as Google or YouTube). Links to other websites (e.g. ticket sales) only take you there when you click them; the privacy policy of that provider then applies.

4. Contact by e-mail or phone

If you contact us, we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). TODO: name the e-mail provider. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. TODO: competent German state authority.
